Who can I talk to if I have questions about my account or need to make changes?

If you have questions in regard to your bill please contact our office at (970) 339-3023. We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM . You are also able to email us at

Can I access my account online?

Unfortunately you are unable to access you account online. You would need to contact our office for account information.

Do I have to sign a contract for your service?

We do not require contracts to be signed for trash and recycling services.

*Note: If you rent a Roll Off container there is a contract that must be signed and returned.

If I set up paperless billing do you share my information with anyone?

No. All of our customers information is private and is not shared with anyone.

When is my bill due?

Bills are due by the 10th of each month. Each customer has 30 days from the billing date to make a payment.

If you are unable to mail a payment before the 10th please call our office at (970) 339-3023 or pay through our website.

Do you have any other fees associated with your service?

No. All of our rates are a flat fee. We do not have any environmental/fuel fees, container delivery/recovery fees, or any other fees associated with our service.

What happens if my Bunting container is damaged or lost?

- If something happened to your Bunting container (cracked lid or wheel falls off) we are more than happy to help you out. Please contact our office at (970) 339-3023 or email us at to get your equipment replaced.

-Containers can be fairly light when empty. If it is windy enough containers can move around and end up down the street or in your neighbors yard. Double check and see if you can locate your container. However, if you believe your Bunting Disposal container is lost please contact us immediately by calling our office at (970) 339-3023 or email us at to get a replacement.

All accounts can be canceled at the customers discretion without penalty. However, customers must keep service through the month they have paid for (unless you are moving out of state or to an un-serviceable area.

There are no container removal fees or cancellation fees.

Customers have 30 days to pay any balances due on the account. If payment is not received by the end of the 30 days the account will be turned over to collections.
