I've had their service for about 18 months and in that times, I've missed three pick ups. Two of those times I called in the morning and a truck was at home within 10 minutes of my phone call. The other time I called in the afternoon so they swung by the following morning which was great. Awesome service for sure! Only critique I would give them is that pick up times aren't always consistent as it seems they operate in a ~2 hour pickup window so I typically set my garbage out the night prior.

I recently moved to the area and the first company i contacted left me hanging for two weeks. I called BD and had a can in two days and they took all the trash i had accumulated. That included yard trash. They always take what i put out there and never leave a mess. Thank you!

I have been a customer for a few years now and I can without a doubt say this company's customer service is second to none. I have always spoken with a person when calling during business hours, not a machine. I've had a few last minute large additions or changes to my pick up over the years, they always seems to be able to accommodate those changes or have alternate solutions. To top it off there affordable with fair prices and no unexpected fees.

Bunting is the best! I have never had an issue with them. They take almost anything away. On those crazy days that I have forgotten to put my trash out and I hear the truck and panic, with one phone call they come right back and grab my cans! Thank you Bunting!
